COVID-19-safe

In order to restore international tourism to Tallinn, it is important for us to act in compliance with the requirements for preventing the spread of COVID-19. It is equally important to provide the relevant information to international travellers and end-customers. Guests want to be reassured that service providers are committed to ensuring a safe customer journey and that they act in a responsible manner.

We are able to declare our commitment to a COVID-19-safe journey by being part of Estonian Goodwill Agreement.

1. We comply with national guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and provide a safe visiting experience.
2. We provide customers, on our website and on site, with information of the measures taken to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

With the COVID-19 safety label, trusted to us by Tallinn Strategic Management Office we confirm that we follow the requirements and instructions of the Government and the Health Board of Estonia (https://kriis.ee/en) established for our industry or field, that we keep up to date with the information, and that we help visitors comply with the infection-prevention guidelines on site.
